Rain, rain, and more rain...

I recently found myself in a huge downpour of frozen rain, then turning to snow. I had decided to save a little money and buy an army surplus waterproof jacket. Well, it was water proof for about an hour; then it was water absorbant. So here is my pick for great wet weather gear. Remember, you get what you pay for!
